a month after we lost our third cat, Shagrat, we wound up becoming daycare for two kittens, Clearsword and Patch, one of whose mom’s worked a couple of doors down at M.A.C. Here’s the sign that we had up in the door, to alert people to the possibility of escape kittens!

After a short bout with extreme anemia related to inoperable carcinoma, we had to put our cat down today. Our vets at Codornices allowed us to bring her home, where she passed peacefully on a family lap.
